Not everyone has the good fortune of traveling to a tropical island whenever their heart desires. That’s exactly why one smart and unique company has decided to make it possible to have your dreams come true in your own backyard.

A pool is always nice, but it’s not quite the same as having one that looks like an actual tropical island, especially when you can have one for the same price. Zydeco Construction, based out of Louisiana has hopes to make this possible.

The company claims that their swimming pools offer sparkling turquoise blue water which are surrounded by sandy beaches – coming nothing short of a real tropical island.

These tropical island backyards come in either small or large, and start at approximately $20,000. The 33 year old founder of the company, Erice White, has been working in the field of construction for over a decade already and once ran a pool building company. He has been debating the idea of these tropical island backyards for years already.

Today, after endless research, he is proud to announce that his idea has been turned into a reality. Each tropical island is personalized for the area and for the specific customer, depending on what they envision for their backyard.

No need to take off from work and get on a flight, you’ve got it all right in the comfort of your own home.
