Playing With Colors

Do you know what most people find scary when it comes to fashion? Not sure, no problem. Most people actually find colors quite intimidating. Now you may be asking what this means and well we don’t mean that people hate bright colors. All we mean is that when it comes to fashion, some colors may seem too bright and even out of your comfort zone. Don’t worry, you aren’t the only person who feels that way. There are many people who shy away from colors that are bright and that might attract too much attention.

When it comes to fashion, colors can be scary but you can adapt. In fact, you can play with colors and the sooner you do it the better you will feel. You see fashion is like one big experiment. It’s all about figuring out what works for you and what doesn’t. The same rule applies to colors. Now ordinary people like to stick to their basic colors like blue, black and grey. There really isn’t anything wrong with this, there are a number of great fashion pieces that come in these colors.

However, if you wear these colors too often, you won’t really stand out. Try thinking of it as a grey cloud that never goes away. Adding different colors to your closet allows for change and fun. Don’t worry, you don’t have to go full-blown rainbow. That just isn’t realistic. That’s why you should ease into it. By things that aren’t too bright like red, pink, light blue even purple. Once you are comfortable with those colors then you can move on to colors that brighter like your neons. Now those are fashion show stoppers. All you have to keep in mind is that playing with colors should be fun and it should express sides of your personality.
