All you need are two ingredients (!) for your base and from there you can create any flavor you can possibly think of: 2 cups of cold whipping cream and one can of cold, sweetened condensed milk. Then, beat the cold cream in a stand or hand mixer until stiff peaks form, turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream (if you want, you can add vanilla extract). Turn the speed back up high again and whisk until the mixture is thick and has stiff peaks.

That is your base. Now you can add literally anything you want! Want to make chocolate ice cream? Melt in some warm chocolate and mix it in. Want to make mint chocolate chip? Add some chocolate chips and add some mint or peppermint flavor. Go wild and add some food coloring to make it look fancy. Add crumbled Oreos and some cream cheese for a chocolate cheesecake-inspired ice cream. The possibilities are truly endless. Just make sure that after adding your flavor to place the ice cream in the freezer for a few hours and then bon appetit!
