The highly popular video game Fornite has rewritten history. EDM artist Marshmello performed a live show, that is reported to have brought millions of viewers.

Just for some context, these numbers is actually twenty five times as many people that attended the legendary Woodstock concert back in 1969.

The Fortnite virtual concert was an epic event where music, gaming and celebrities came together to create an online experience that’s never before been seen.

Even Marshmello himself tweeted that they made history, through the first ever live virtual concert inside of Fortnite with millions of viewers who attended from the comfort of their own computer screens.

Although it wasn’t the first time a musical artist performed in a virtual concert, by numbers it was without a doubt the most popular one yet.
